SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Around holidays, processing times may be longer. We will update the website if delays are expected. Please reach out if you have any questions. We will contact you directly if, for any reason, your order may experience a significant delay.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more. Please contact us prior to ordering if you would like to request expedited shipping.
We currently ship exclusively within the USA and do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers and, any package greater than one pound, includes insurance as well. Products may be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships. The time in transit varies item to item but typically arrives within 2-6 days once shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
RETURNS & REFUNDS - Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if there is any problem with your order, PLEASE reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will happily work with you to see if we can find a solution.
CANCELLATIONS – In an effort to meet our deadlines and get orders out timely, we begin working on orders immediately. Therefore, order cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of placing the order.
EXCHANGES – If there is a sizing issue on any non-custom order, we will offer an exchange as long as the original item is returned undamaged, unworn, and any labeling still intact. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges for returning the original item and its replacement.
