Hi, I’m Christie — the creator behind Flying Pink Flamingos.

 

Designing and making things has always been part of who I am. Over the years, I’ve explored many creative paths and discovered the kinds of crafting I truly enjoy — the kind that feels calming, thoughtful, and meaningful rather than rushed or mass-produced.

 

Flying Pink Flamingos began as a way to create personalized pieces for friends and family, and it naturally grew into something more through encouragement and kind feedback. Today, the shop is centered around small-batch, made-to-order goods designed to support everyday moments — from sensory tools that encourage focus and gentle play, to home items that help create a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

 

I believe the things we surround ourselves with should feel good to use and easy to live with. Every item is created with care, intention, and an appreciation for simplicity.

Flying Pink Flamingos is named after two things I love — flamingos and the color pink — both reminders that a little warmth, lightness, and personality can make ordinary moments more enjoyable.
