Because our items are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution.

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are only accepted within 8 hours of placing the order.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

PROCESSING TIMES & FULFILLMENT

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If delays are expected, we will update the website accordingly. If your order is impacted by a significant delay, we will contact you directly.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95.

Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Free local pickup in Land O'Lakes, Florida

All orders are shipped with tracking. Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–6 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
